One of our recent projects was a full playing kit for a community AFL club in the Northern Territory - a great example of the kind of custom sublimated jerseys we love putting together for grassroots and community teams.
The brief was simple: a strong, unique design in the club's own colours, with individual playing jerseys for the senior squad alongside a matching set of supporter shirts so the whole community could show their colours on game day.
How it came together
Like every custom order, we started with the club's colours and a rough idea of the look they were after. Our design team put together a full digital mockup for approval before anything went into production - so the club could see exactly how the finished jerseys would look, right down to the numbers, before we started printing.
Once the design was signed off, the jerseys were produced using full dye sublimation printing, so the colours and logos are worked into the fabric itself rather than sitting on top - meaning they won't crack, peel or fade the way heat-pressed prints can over a season of hard use.
