Order processing

Jersey Mart products are custom made to order using full dye sublimation printing. Once you approve your design mockup, your order enters production. Please allow time for production before dispatch, in addition to delivery time - estimated timeframes will be confirmed with you when you place your order.

Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide. Standard delivery is included in the price of your order unless otherwise stated on your quote or invoice. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by factors outside our control.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct when you place your order. Jersey Mart is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available for your delivery, we will pass on tracking details to you. If you have any questions about the status of your order, contact us at admin@jerseymartau.com or 0436 287 976.

Damaged or lost items

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution.
